Exchanges/Repairs:
Once a order is placed, the order cannot be cancelled. Our processing time is 2-5 business days. If you need order urgently please email us at info@kristalizejewelry.com. Kristalize Jewelry does not accept returns but we do accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We allow exchanges only if product is returned in new condition. We ask that you please send back original receipt of purchased item. Please be aware that due to the unique, hand – made nature of each jewelry piece, size and color may vary from photo of product. If you have an exchange a gift card will be issued to you once we receive return. If you have a repair, repairs may take up to 5-7 business days, once repaired we will send back to you with free shipping

Shipping:
All packages will be provided with tracking information once package is shipped. Please allow up to 24- hours before tracking package. US shipping is a standard flat rate of $5.00, shipping may take 3-10 business days depending on location. Kristalize Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS prior to contacting Kristalize Jewelry for assistance.
Product Protection:
All jewelry is 18k gold plated and will not turn easily but we suggest avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions while wearing jewelry.
Maintenance:
We ask that you follow all rules of Product Protection. If jewelry happens to break and you have ALL original pieces, send back to Kristalize, and we will send you a new piece of jewelry FREE of charge.
