POLICIES & RETURNS

Exchanges/Repairs:

Once an order is placed, the shipping address CANNOT be changed and order CANNOT be cancelled. Our processing time is 3-10 business days. If you need order urgently please email us at info@kristalizejewelry.com. Kristalize Jewelry does not accept returns but we do accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We allow exchanges only if product is returned in new condition. We ask that you please send back original receipt of purchased item. If you have an exchange a gift card will be issued to you once we receive return. If you have a repair, repairs may take up to 14 business days, once repaired we will send back to you with free shipping.

Shipping:
All packages will be provided with tracking information once package is shipped. Please allow up to 24- hours before tracking package. US shipping is a standard flat rate of $5.00, shipping may take 3-10 business days depending on location. Kristalize Jewelry is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS and file claim prior to contacting Kristalize Jewelry for assistance.

Product Protection:
All jewelry is stainless steel and some pieces are tarnish resistant. Please see product for details.

Maintenance:
We ask that you follow all rules of Product Protection. If jewelry happens to break and you have ALL original pieces, send back to  Kristalize, and we will send you a new piece of jewelry FREE of charge.

Afterpay, Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card, and American Express are accepted.
