POLICIES & RETURNS

*Any orders placed between June 2-10, 2017 will be shipped June 12, 2017*

Returns:

Kristalize Boutique does not accept returns but we do accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We allow exchanges only if product is returned in new condition. We ask that you please send back original receipt of purchased item. Please be aware that due to the unique, hand – made nature of each jewelry piece, size and color may vary from photo of product.

Shipping:

All packages will be provided with tracking information once package is shipped. Please allow up to 24- hours before tracking package. US shipping is a standard flat rate of $5.00, shipping may take 3-10 business days depending on location. Kristalize Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS prior to contacting Kristalize Jewelry for assistance.

Product Protection:

Kristalize bracelets are known for stacking and it is highly recommended to remove bracelets one at a time. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions while wearing bracelets.

Maintenance:

We ask that you follow all rules of Product Protection. If a bracelet happens to snap, and you have ALL original beads, send the bracelet back to  Kristalize, and we will send you a new bracelet FREE of charge.

Repairs:
